ISAHP 2016 Guidelines

Individual Papers

  1. Please LOGIN and submit your full paper that will be reviewed for relevance, technical merit, and clarity.
  2. Please use the ISAHP2016-template when preparing your paper for submission. Each paper should not be more than 2 pages. Please submit the paper in DOC, DOCX or PDF Format.
  3. Choose a track for your paper at the time of submission. The topics must be related to your paper. This information will be used by the committee for assigning appropriate reviewers and scheduling sessions.
  4. You may make changes in your submission until the deadline. After this date, you may no longer edit, re-submit, add co-author, re-order author listing, etc.
  5. Full papers must be submitted by April 18, 2016.
  6. Authors will be notified of the decision by April 30, 2016.
  7. Each submission will be assigned a PAPER ID. Please quote this in all correspondence.

Poster presentations

  1. Please LOGIN and submit the abstract of your poster that will be reviewed for relevance, technical merit, and clarity.
  2. To submit a poster presentation, choose Individual paper and then poster presentation, see more details in the Submission Manual.
  3. Only the title, abstract and authors are required for poster presentations.
  4. You can optionally submit a pdf of your poster and make changes to it until the day of the conference. Click here for information on how to make an effective poster and templates to get you started (1st link, 2nd link).
  5. Poster size should be (PENDING)
  6. Poster abstracts must be submitted by April 18, 2016.
  7. Authors will be notified of the decision by April 30, 2016.
  8. Each submission will be assigned an ID. Please quote this in all correspondence.

Special Sessions

1st round

  1. Download the special session template and fill in the needed information.
  2. Send the completed form by email to sessionproposals@isahp.org.
  3. Wait for an acceptance email from the Program Committee, within a week from the date that you send the email.
  4. You should email your special session idea no later than January 31, 2015.

2nd round

  1. After receiving the acceptance email, ask each of the session presenters to prepare his/her paper based on the individual papers template and collect them.
  2. Merge all the session's paper in a single document removing any personal information to prepare for blind review.
  3. Login to the online submission system and submit the session proposal. You will need to enter the title and abstract of the session. You will then enter the title, abstract and authors of each session paper. Finally, upload the single document containing the merged papers of the presenters to finish the submission.
  4. Special session full papers should be submitted by April 18, 2016.

  6. Each submission will be assigned an ID. Please quote this in all correspondence.

Round tables

1st round

  1. Download the round table template, which is the same as the special session template and fill in the needed information
  2. Send the completed form by email to sessionproposals@isahp.org to present the round table idea. You can have 3-4 presenters per round table.
  3. Wait for an acceptance email from the Program Committee, within a week from the date that you send the email.
  4. You should email your round table idea no later than January 31, 2015.

2nd round

  1. Login to the online submission system and submit the session proposal. You will need to enter the title and abstract of the session. You will then enter the title, abstract of each round table presenter. Finally, upload the single document containing the document you emailed in the first round to finish the submission.
  2. Round table 2nd round information should be submitted online by April 18, 2016.

  4. Each submission will be assigned an ID. Please quote this in all correspondence.
