Registration Fee

Presenters Registration includes:

• Full access to the ISAHP2024 conference including attendance at sessions and workshops
• Proceedings of scientific contributions
• Each author can present a max of 2 papers with one registration fee

Attendees

• Full access to the ISAHP2024 conference including attendance at sessions and workshops
• Proceedings of scientific contributions

Students (Authors or Attendees)

• Full access to the ISAHP2024 conference including attendance at sessions and workshops
• Proceedings of scientific contributions
• For students and recent graduates (less than a year) registration covers attendance and the presentation of one paper
• For students whose university does not cover the registration fee, there will be scholarships available

Grant Availability

For students, recent graduates (less than a year) and participants in need, if your university does not cover the registration fee, there are grants available. To apply send a request by email to: inquiry@isahp.org indicating the reasons.

Registration Refund Policy:

Many more people would like to participate in the symposium than we can physically accommodate. Unfortunately, some participants agree to attend, deliver a paper or act as discussants/chairs and withdraw at the last moment, leaving panel spaces empty that others would have gladly filled. Unfortunately, even if a person does not show up, associated financial commitments are still present. For this reason, ISAHP has enacted a no-refund policy to participants who commit to attend the meeting. As a result, ISAHP does not refund conference registration payment if a registrant is unable to attend the Symposium. Please finalize your plans to attend the Symposium before registering.
